The Deluge Valve is designed for use in deluge fire protection systems where quick, full-volume water discharge is critical. It controls water flow to open sprinklers or nozzles, and is activated by a separate detection system (e.g. smoke, heat, or flame detectors). Once triggered, it floods the protected area immediately—ideal for areas like aircraft hangars, chemical storage, transformer rooms, and industrial plants. Available in flanged or grooved ends, with manual, electric, or pneumatic actuation.
